Refurbishment & Buy Back Prices

Refurbishment Process

1. Send us your broken screens.
2. We inspect them and send you a test report.
3. Once you accept, we refurbish or swap your screens.
4. We post them back to you.

All devices are subject to a flat-rate handling fee of £10 per device to cover disassembly and reassembly.

All B2B refurbishment work is completed on Mondays and Thursdays. If the current week’s refurbishment slots are already full, any additional or incoming jobs will automatically be scheduled for the following week.

Return Shipping & Insurance: Refurbished screens are returned via Royal Mail Tracked 24 as standard. Customers requiring additional insurance cover or a specific courier service should contact us before refurbishment work begins so that suitable arrangements can be agreed. Alternatively, customers may provide their own return shipping label. Unless otherwise agreed, all completed refurbishment orders will be returned via Royal Mail Tracked 24

During the refurbishment process, there is a small inherent risk that a screen may be damaged. In the unlikely event this occurs, we will replace it with another original refurbished screen at no additional cost for the screen itself. Due to manufacturer security features, this replacement may cause the device to display a message such as “Unable to verify this display is genuine.”
